Job Title: Lab Assistant

Job Description

Prepare vial pans by rinsing with W.F.I. and daily use of Cozzoli GW-24 Vial Wash Unit to wash vials for fill. Label all Vial Pans with pertinent product information. Prepare Media according to related manufacturing SOPs and complete relevant batch paperwork. Clean glassware and run Autoclave. Check equipment logbooks and calibrations. The candidate will also be cross-trained for additional responsibilities throughout the lab.

• Shift: Monday - Friday 1:30pm - 10pm

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Port Washington, New York.

Work Environment

• The role involves lifting 17-21 pound metal trays and inverting them, with no more than 50 trays at a time.

• Other tasks include lifting empty glass carboys for cleaning and placement.

• The environment is fast-paced, requiring teamwork and the ability to work on feet while lifting trays of raw materials weighing up to 35 pounds.
