Express Employment Professionals Sales Assistant in Port Orchard, Washington
Overview: A locally family-owned fireplace company is looking for a Sales Assistant to join their team. As the Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in helping customers find the perfect fireplace, stove, insert, or outdoor living feature for their needs. You will engage with customers both in person and over the phone at their Port Orchard and Poulsbo showroom locations.
JOB DUTIES:
May include but not limited to the following:
- Assist customers in selecting fireplaces, offering expert advice and personalized recommendations.
- Prepare bids using our manufacturers' websites.
- Coordinate and set up jobsite previews to ensure accurate and efficient installations.
- Maintain accurate schedules and routing using Google Calendar.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales.
- Familiarity with scheduling and routing.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable working with customers both in person and over the phone.
- Proficiency in using Google Calendar.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fireplace industry experience is a plus, but not required.
Pay: $20.00/hour + $100/sale
