job summary:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible for performing routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or doing other preventive maintenance actions. - Will need to diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary. - Responsible for assembling, installing, or repairing wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment. - Responsible for adjusting functional parts of devices or control instruments, using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, or straightedges. - Responsible for ordering parts, supplies, or equipment from catalogs or suppliers. - Responsible for planning and laying out repair work, using diagrams, drawings, blueprints, maintenance manuals, or schematic diagrams. - Responsible for painting or repairing roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, or other parts of building structures. - Responsible for installing equipment to improve the energy or operational efficiency of residential or commercial buildings. - Responsible for providing grounds keeping services, such as landscaping.

location: Port Orange, FL

salary: $22/hr

work hours: 7:00AM to 4:30PM

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
