Job Description

Insight Global is actively seeking an experienced warehouse manager. The available position will report directly to our Regional Manager and/or Project Managers and shall consist of the following:

Responsibilities:

The following are required but not limited to.

 · Inventory Management:

1. Maintaining inventory levels for regular stock items

2. Cycle counts and yearend inventory counts

3. Flammable material segregation

4. Maintaining stock in orderly manner

5. Maintaining warehouse cleanliness

    · Purchasing:

6. Sourcing of all third party materials

7. Sourcing of all new and replacement tools

8. Sourcing or all sundry items required for jobs

9. Sourcing all warehouse cleaning and maintenance supplies

10. Issuing purchase orders for all third party equipment rentals

     · Logistics:

11. Sourcing best price for all outbound shipments

12. Arranging all outbound shipments

13. Sourcing and arranging for all field requested return shipments from jobs

14. Sourcing best pricing for all incoming and outgoing local shipments

     · Job logistics Management:

15. Ensuring accurate inventory and tool counts for all job shipments and returns

16. Arranging third party rentals for all equipment not supplied by warehouse

     · Equipment Management:

17. Sourcing, maintaining and disposing of all equipment for warehouse and jobs

18. Determining life cycle rotation of equipment

19. Maintaining certifications for all tools that require it

     · Warehouse Employee Management:

20. Hiring of all warehouse employees

21. Responsible for maintaining a safe work place for all employees that work in the warehouse

     · Ensure all warehouse employees have the required training to do the job; either by in-house training or arranging third party training.

This role will have an estimated annual base salary range of $50k-$62k CAD.

Skills and Requirements

Education/Experience/Qualifications:

 · Must have or be able to acquire a forklift operators certificate

 · Materials management certificate or related experience

 · Logistics management experience

 · Equipment management experience

 · Training experience

 · Must be able to lift/move 50lbs

 · Use and understand Work Safe regulations

 · Transportation of Dangerous Goods experience

 · WHMIS 2015 (GHS) experience null
