Tin Goose Diner Prep and Line Cooks in Port Clinton, Ohio
Cook, role and responsibilities:
- Follow established recipes and techniques to prepare food items to customer specifications.
- Assist with maintaining kitchen organization and ensuring proper storage of all food items.
- Utilize established sanitation and food handling practices
- Follow procedures for opening, closing, and cleaning
- Become familiar with all food preparation stations and be able to work in any position
- Work effectively and cooperatively with the diner staff to provide our customer an enjoyable and memorable dining experience
