Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

  • Responsibilities include electrical troubleshooting up to 480v, working with assembly lines, fixtures, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems

  • The role is approximately 70% mechanical and 30% electrical, including Mitsubishi PLC troubleshooting

  • You will be working with 11 assembly lines, each with 8 identical stations, focusing on half shaft assembly

  • The lines incorporate pneumatic and hydraulic functions, multiple sensors, and Mitsubishi PLCs

  • Tasks include PMs on lines, using multimeters to check motors and voltage, sensor troubleshooting/replacing, assisting with new machinery rigging, PLC troubleshooting (no programming), light curtain/safety PMs, RFID readers, hydraulic system troubleshooting, and reading blueprints
