ManpowerGroup IT Infrastructure Project Manager in Pontiac, Michigan

Role: Project Manager

Location: Pontiac, Michigan (Hybrid, 2 days a week onsite)

Duration: ongoing W2 assignment

Project Manager on multiple projects across Infrastructure Services. Candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments. Oversees one or more projects.

  • Develops and maintains project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures

  • Responsible for determining and working with supervision to acquire resource needs

  • Oversees project progress and workload through duration of project

  • Manages Request for Proposal (RFP, eval matrix) to select vendor products

  • Writes contract Scope of Deliverables

  • Follows process and standards update and creation

  • Project Support Activities (i.e., Risks, issues, action item management; Meeting scheduling, facilitating, meeting minutes

  • Communications (end user, broadcasts, IT notifications); Monitor and report on project KPIs

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a Project Manager role managing IT Projects

  • Experience with a VOIP migration a major plus

  • Must have experience conducting Vendor Implementation projects starting with RFP, into Contract Negotiations through Product Implementation

  • Passionate about delivering the ultimate customer experience

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills including identification of issues, obstacles and opportunities and development and implementation of effective solutions

  • Excellent knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Visio, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, etc.)
