BE Mechanical Engineering with 5 to 7 years of knowledge in Technical field relevant to Quality Management and Supplier part Quality Management.

• Capable of doing analysis of observed Nonconformance's, monitoring the effectiveness of CAPA, taking follow-up with all departments / Suppliers.

• Generating real-time data and exploring Value added opportunities to meet business objective.

• Know good knowledge about the use of 7 quality tools for a systematic approach for RCA.

• Shall have good communication and data analytics skills in communicating internal customers about quality updates/observations/reports and requesting corrective actions.

Required Skills:

• Statistical process controls,

• Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA),

• Product Part Approval Process (PPAP),

• Problem Solving Approach,

• Measuring instrument handling

• Product approvals like BIS/UL., etc. and

• Soft skills like Microsoft office, projects etc.
