Saturday: Day Off
Employee 2 (Afternoon to Close Shift)
Sunday Off
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday: Works 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Position: Full-Time Kitchen Team Member
Location: Flavors of Phoenicia
Employment Type: Full-Time, 40 hours/week
Compensation: \$12/hour
Overview:
As a Kitchen Team Member, youll play an essential role in supporting our kitchens daily operations. This position is focused on food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Youll work closely with the kitchen supervisor and other team members to ensure high-quality, efficient service.
Responsibilities:
Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients according to recipes and portion guidelines, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling pre-cooked items.
Cooking Assistance: Assist with cooking duties as assigned, ensuring all dishes are made to order and meet quality standards.
Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the kitchen area clean and organized throughout your shift, including wiping down counters, sanitizing prep areas, and storing food properly.
Inventory and Restocking: Monitor ingredient levels and communicate with the supervisor for restocking; help organize and rotate stock.
Quality Control: Follow all health and safety standards, ensuring food is handled, prepared, and stored safely.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen supervisor and other team members, helping to create a positive and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team setting.
