We are hiring a Pastoral Ministries Manager to join our team. The Pastoral Ministries program focuses on the spiritual life of the community as well as the nurturing of an inclusive, community-wide outreach fellowship.
How you will make an impact:
Managing all functions to include: administration, worship, education, and outreach
Coordinating the ministry program as it relates to residents and staff.
Developing and maintaining relationships with incoming residents concerning religious preferences and interests
Participating in community clinical activities as appropriate
Assessing the quality of life environment to help determine the short/long term direction of the ministry program
Ensuring appropriate notifications for resident deaths, funerals, and hospitalizations in keeping with HIPAA and state regulations

What you will need:
Graduate degree from an accredited seminary or divinity school preferred.
Minimum 5 years of religious leadership experience preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $65,000 annually
