NewBridge Services Community Support Services Case Manager in Pompton Plains, New Jersey
Two positions available: Full time and part timeDirect Case Manager for consumers in the community living with severe and persistent mental illness. Direct case management includes skill building activities, psychiatric rehabilitation, wellness and recovery, and providing linkages to community resources, entitlements, and benefits. This position provides education and use of evidence based practices to promote independent living with an integrative mental health care team.
