Description We are in search of a Tax Manager to join our operations in Pompano Beach, Florida. As a Tax Manager, you will be handling tax and audit projects, working closely with partners, and contributing to business development. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity in a CPA firm.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee tax and auditing projects efficiently

• Collaborate directly with partners on various tasks and projects

• Engage in client-facing interactions and meetings

• Utilize accounting software systems such as QuickBooks, Lacerte Tax Software, CCH ProSystem Fx, and CaseWare for various tasks

• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations

• Use ADP - Financial Services for specific accounting functions

• Generate annual income tax provision and manage entity formation processes

• Leverage QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Enterprise, and QuickBooks Premier for various accounting tasks

• Contribute to business development initiatives and strategies. Requirements • Must have at least 1 year of experience in a Tax Manager role or similar

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is desirable

• Familiarity with CaseWare is necessary

• Ability to use CCH ProSystem Fx is a must

• Experience with CCH Sales Tax is preferred

• Knowledge of Accounting Functions is essential

• Experience with Annual Income Tax Provision is required

• Auditing skills are necessary

• Compliance experience is desirable

• Proficiency in Entity Formation is a must

• Experience with Quickbooks Online is necessary

• Ability to use QuickBooks is preferred

• Familiarity with QuickBooks Enterprise is essential

• Experience with Quickbooks Premier is required

• Proficiency in Lacerte Tax Software is a must
