Job Title: Installation Manager

Salary: Competitive salary plus commission based on team production

We are a leading provider of emergency vehicle installations, dedicated to ensuring the highest quality and safety standards. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Install Manager to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

As the Install Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and motivating a team of Emergency Vehicle Technicians. This role requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including accessing confined spaces. Your primary duties will include:

• Leading and supervising the installation team

• Ensuring all installations meet quality and safety standards

• Managing project timelines and resources

• Providing technical support and guidance to team members

• Monitoring and reporting on team performance

• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in auto installation (desired, but not required)

• Knowledge of vehicle wiring and ability to identify electrical circuits

• Experience with the installation of emergency lighting (desired, but not required)

• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others

• Ability to work on and see small objects

• Good hearing and color vision

• Punctuality and preparedness for work

• Emergency Vehicle Technician (EVT) certification (desired, but not required)
