Description

We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Billing Clerk in the Printing/Publishing industry, situated in Pompano Beach, Florida.

The role involves handling customer billing, working with IT to generate invoices, and using software like Sage and Monarch for online and portal-based billing.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications

• Maintenance and regular updating of customer credit records

• Prompt resolution of customer inquiries related to billing

• Regular monitoring of customer accounts and taking necessary actions

• Utilizing Sage and Monarch software for online and portal-based billing

• Collaborating with the IT department for invoice generation

• Ensuring all billing processes comply with industry standards

• Maintaining a structured system for tracking billing activities

• Continuously improving billing processes to enhance efficiency

• Ensuring all customer data is handled confidentially and professionally.

Requirements

• Proficiency in the use of Sage Software for billing purposes

• Demonstrated experience in a Billing or Central Billing Office role

• Knowledge and understanding of Electronic Billing systems and processes

• Previous experience in a similar role within the Printing/Publishing industry is advantageous

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle billing discrepancies

• High degree of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
