Job Title: Food Manufacturer Quality Auditor

Location: Pomona, CA

Pay Range: $20.00

The QA Tech supports production processes; maintains a presence on the floor and is accessible to production staff when questions arise .

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs quality checks of raw, work in process, and finish product through inspection and visual checks of packaging.

• Performs Allergen inspections during pre-op and work in progress.

• Collects and logs production/processing samples.

• Ensures all non-conforming products are placed on hold and fully documented.

• Investigates complaints and inspects product as directed.

• Processes daily retain samples.

• Processes and documents daily inspection reports.

• Maintains Retain Samples (receiving, roaster, & finished product).

• Inspects end-of-life retain samples.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Knowledgeable and experienced in general food safety programs and policies - includes government regulations, FDA, USDA, AIB, HACCP, GMP, and Allergen Programs

• Previous Food experience mandatory

• Bilingual Spanish a plus

Schedule :

• Monday to Friday (possible Saturdays)

• OT Mandatory

• 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm
