Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center ANALYST, PAYROLL SYSTEMS in POMONA, California
Position summary: Responsible for maintaining and maximizing the effective use of the Payroll and Timekeeping systems. Has the technical proficiency to develop, implement, and administer Payroll and Timekeeping systems changes/updates. Posses strong problem-solving skills to research and resolve system issues. Has the analytical proficiency to collect, organize, and interpret data to draw meaningful conclusions. Supports the Payroll Team in all things system related. Provides technical and analytical guidance to the Payroll team. May perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications (Required): High School Diploma or equivalent. Two (2) years of Information Technology, Payroll or Human Resources experience. Analytical and technical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Great communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field. Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC). HRIS, Timekeeping system and SQL experience. Analyst experience in Payroll, Human Resources, Application Support or other relevant work experiences with an in-house payroll system in a hospital setting.
Salary range: $41.06 - $57.78
