AON Learning Solutions Business System Analyst (Workday) in Poland, Poland

What makes this position different:

This role serves as the Learning Solutions Business System Analyst, performing day-to-day maintenance, guidance, troubleshooting, reporting, upgrade implementations and enhancements, and maintaining the overall learner experience. Candidates will have demonstrated experience developing talent system solutions which solve business requirements from business stakeholders and implementation of LMS upgrades and enhancements to scale an optimum global learner experience.

What the day will look like

  • Develop solutions and options analysis with recommendations and ensuring this is driving the business needs both locally and globally

  • Continuous skill development in Workday capabilities including enhancing user experience data, reporting and mass loads (EIBs)

  • Contribute to system configuration & integration testing

  • Act as subject matter expert to troubleshoot and resolve system issues with a strong sense of urgency, ownership and creative problem-solving in partnership with HR and IT

  • Act as a key HRIT resource on Workday HCM and other HR Technology system projects including deployment of new functionality, systems upgrade and process improvements

  • Manage client and stakeholder expectations; consult and delivers value without compromising quality

  • Generate best practices and encourages new and innovative ideas; shows appropriate tenacity in advocacy of ideas with clients

  • Provide consultative support and guidance on the proper usage and implementation of learning objects within the LMS/LxP- including third-party content

  • Consult on Workday Learning and learning experience platform user interface/ user experience configurations (UI/UX)

  • Provide guidance on creating reusable reports and dashboards

  • Research and implement solutions to create automated / dynamic enrollments and notifications, based on job role, and time in position

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience providing administrative and strategic support of a learning management system (Workday Learning Platform)

  • Experience understanding and communicating technical requirements to technical and non-technical audiences

  • Experience publishing, testing, and managing SCORM-based/SCORM wrap learning content

  • Experience providing support and guidance on the proper usage and implementation of learning objects within an Learning Management System environment (?)

  • Ability to drive project tasks including request tickets, project management, development of test strategies / test scripts

  • Application integrations and learning systems

  • Project management

  • Data analytics and reporting

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a global workforce

  • Solid desire to learn a variety of technologies and processes with a "can do" attitude
