We are seeking a Procurement Manager to lead a team in implementing sourcing, supplier, and operations strategies.

This is a temporary position with a 6 month contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sourcing teams to standardize requirements and achieve cost savings.

  • Develop and execute sourcing, procurement, and compliance strategies.

  • Ensure supplier quality and compliance with certifications and service levels.

  • Manage strategic tender processes, including supplier sourcing and contract negotiations.

  • Support category managers in their strategic processes and initiatives.

  • Implement programs for improved value creation, spend visibility, and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain procurement policies and procedures to align with global standards.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers.

  • Oversee procurement systems and prepare necessary documentation and reports.

  • Manage and mentor procurement staff, ensuring performance and development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field

  • Minimum of 5 years in Procurement, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Fluent in English, with strong communication skills across all organizational levels.

  • Strong understanding of procurement policies and compliance.

  • Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.

  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and change management capabilities.

  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP platforms.

  • Ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities effectively.
