Coastal Staffing Front Desk Clerk in Point Harbor, North Carolina
Looking for Front Desk Auditors for an ocean front hotel to help our front desk perform a variety of tasks, as a member of our front office team you will interact directly with guests from the time they arrive at the property until they depart. The front desk associate will be responsible for processing all guest arrivals and departures, and providing accurate information about the hotel and surrounding areas. Ensure customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up -calls and other concierge activities according to ques preference, answering calls and queries related to potential booking. Managing and updating all official documentation, creating invoices, bills and checks for vendors, and employees and contractors, and balance account at the end of shift.
