Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance department supporting the 2nd Shift (2:00pm-10:00pm). The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, experience fixing machinery, and a solid work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Poestenkill, NY 12140

Pay Range: $22-25 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Responsible for setup, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of all facilities, manufacturing, and production equipment.

• Areas of responsibility include mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, and basic machining/fabrication for Engineering and Production.

• Other general maintenance / facilities responsibilities may be assigned.

What’s Needed?

• Prior Experience as a Maintenance Technician/ Mechanic / Electrician in a manufacturing facility is required.

• Strong Mechanical Skills

• Basic operation of machine shop equipment.

• PLC control system experience.
