Job Description

• Collaborates with internal partners to develop new business and retain existing customer relationships, focusing on companies with revenues over $15 million.

• Works with RMs and TMOs to secure deposits and cross-sell bank products.

• Prepares necessary documentation and correspondence.

• Expands knowledge of equipment finance and commercial banking products.

• Ensures compliance with credit policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Identifies cross-sell opportunities and makes referrals.

• Executes a call program to build customer relationships and prospect lists.

• Maintains a pipeline of relationships and prospects.

• Mentors teammates in various tasks.

• Ensures all work complies with relevant policies and regulations.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelors (MBA preferred) in finance, banking, or related

• Minimum 10 years of equipment finance sales experience (direct origination)

    Equipment finance lending & leasing product knowledge

• Experience with SuperTrump (pricing model), Tvalue, Infoanalysis and Customer Relationship Management System

• Microsoft office suite (excel) MBA null
