Quality Manager - Plymouth We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious individual to take on a leadership role as the Quality Manager at our Plymouth facility. As the Quality Manager, you\'ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality and food safety standards across our Plymouth operations. Develop and implement quality assurance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and customer requirements. Oversee and manage Sanitation and Quality staff. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify quality issues, non-compliance, and areas for improvement. Lead investigations into quality incidents, customer complaints, and product traceability, and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality metrics, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Train and educate employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices, fostering a culture of quality and accountability. Foster strong relationships with regulatory agencies, auditors, and suppliers to ensure compliance and maintain certifications. Stay updated on industry trends, new regulations, and emerging technologies related to quality management in the food manufacturing sector. Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Director of Manufacturing - Operations, Vice President of Food Safety & Quality Systems, or the Director of Quality Systems. What You Can Offer Bachelor Degree in Food Science, Quality Systems, related field or equivalent experience. Yellow Belt Certification preferred. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, methodologies, and tools such as Quality Concepts, Lean Six Sigma-Measure and Analyze, Lean Six Sigma-Improve and Control, Lean Six Sigma-Implementation, Lean Manufacturing...
