Develop knowledge of project management practices and processes. Develop knowledge and utilize the Innovation Stage-Gate process for new products. Facilitate initiatives that reside within Sargento\'s Corporate Portfolio, thus including new products, new production capabilities, process improvements, cost optimizations, and/or technology implementations. Assist with the management of complex, strategic programs, and projects. Develop knowledge of internal operational and/or technical capabilities to assess and provide input in early project phases.
