TEKsystems is actively hiring for Service Coordinators for a logistics company in Bloomington, MN!

Start Date: January 13th

Job Description

• Manage and maintain the ESPM Mailbox – responding to inspection related inquiries, research issues/escalations related to inspections, file inspection paperwork, via call and email from customers

• Review inspection paperwork provided by national subcontractors, local subcontractors, and in house technicians.

• Provide monthly, weekly, and on-demand reporting to the field and upper leadership as needed.

• Maintain data integrity by updating tracker spreadsheets, ensuring tickets are closed across multiple platforms, and uploading inspection documents as required.

• Conduct and attend weekly meetings with National Subcontractors to track inspection progress, assist with questions/concerns, and ensure contractual obligations are met.

• Review National Subcontractor invoices for payment.

• Follows established sequences, policies, and procedures.

• Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned

Hours

7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Monday - Friday

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50
