We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior IT Business Analyst in our Manufacturing industry team based in Fairbault, MN. This role involves working collaboratively with both IT and manufacturing teams to plan, define, design, specify, test, train, implement, and support manufacturing related business processes and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional requirement gathering and documentation to understand the business needs and perform impact analysis of new requirements or changes.

• Serve as the primary liaison between IT and the manufacturing team for both existing and future projects.

• Provide support to the implementation team and manage application configuration, testing, and rollout of MES Application.

• Handle ServiceNow Ticket management and assist in resolving issues while providing root cause analysis of these issues.

• Offer production floor support for daily operations and troubleshoot printing applications such as Cipher, Bartender, etc.

• Utilize your skills in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Manufacturing Environment, SQL Queries, and Oracle EBS.

• Understand and work within the current solution design & implementation framework

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role in the manufacturing industry.

• Proficient in data analysis, able to interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions.

• Demonstrated experience in business analysis, including the ability to design and improve business processes.

• Familiarity with the manufacturing environment, understanding its unique challenges and requirements.

• Strong skills in writing and interpreting SQL queries, assisting in database management.

• Experience with Oracle EBS, using it as a tool for effective business management and planning. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
