Honeywell Program Manager - RevCogs in Plymouth, Minnesota

Join a team of development program professionals to manage dev programs with one of Honeywell's businesses. You will work under minimal supervision of the Platform/CBT leader, accountable to execute development programs of moderate size to achieve scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality requirements while demonstrating proficient-level program management skills in this leadership position. You will manage and lead development programs that may span several major domestic and worldwide locations, requiring coordination of technology development and production across locations. You must demonstrate comprehensive knowledge & drive on-time execution of the Honeywell IPDS phase gates

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage & lead program teams

  • Create Implement program plan

  • Understand budget/schedule

  • Adhere to the IPDS process

  • Execute the Management OS

  • Collaborate, Direct, Lead

  • Coordinate with Functions

  • Facilitate forecast analysis

  • Support capacity analysis

  • Mentor members of team

  • Present programmatic details

  • Summarize key issues & actions
