Rise Modular On-Site Entry Level - Sales / Business Development Coordinator in Plymouth, Minnesota
Rise Modular, LLC is a leading construction technology company that designs, manufactures, and installs full volumetric modular units for inclusion in multi-family apartment and hospitality development projects. Its headquarters are based in Plymouth, Minnesota with this position residing at our Plymouth Corporate office.
The company expects to grow to multiple manufacturing plants over the next few years and is financially supported by a strong family office.
Rise is unique in its ability to support and educate all project stakeholders including the developer, general contractor, and design professionals in delivering a full volumetric modular solution to their development.
Job Description:
This position provides support in all areas of the business development process: Planning, positioning, research, sales and performance. Responsible for administration, coordination, and production of all communication and business development process support materials.
This individual would report directly to the CRO, however will work very closely with corporate management and Business Development Managers as necessary to assist with pursuing, securing and managing a growing customer base of existing and new customers.
Responsibilities:
Assist with preparing project proposals and business development related company qualifications.
Provide the sales team and corporate management with CRM reports including sales figures, market research and competition activities.
Maintain the CRM/proposal database system (research, contact, leads, proposal response) and information contained therein.
Executes and produces contact lead tracking and customer service feedback reports.
Perform & analyze primary and secondary market/industry & customer research.
Assist with and coordinate advertisements, news releases and other media efforts.
Assist with development of marketing collateral including sales presentation decks and business development & sales support materials.
Coordinates special events, trade shows and award programs.
Coordinates and maintains company photography.
Maintains and makes suggestions for web site improvements using WordPress.
Preferred Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
A college degree is desired, preferably with a technical or business orientation.
Proficient with working within social media platforms
Experience with Microsoft Office programs with the ability to learn as necessary CRM and construction management software.
Familiarity with pre-construction, as well as sales experience in construction-related businesses preferred.
Strong ability to conduct web searches and gather relevant information to support business development initiatives.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to compile and present information clearly for BD/Sales Managers.
Ability to provide administrative assistance, including managing and updating content for the company website and supporting marketing/advertising efforts.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies as needed.
