Marketing and Communications Associate
$67,500 to $72,500 Starting Salary

Responsibilities:
Develops communications and marketing materials by writing and editing press releases, media materials, speeches, scripts, articles, web features and business presentations or reports and assists in the implementation of communication plans.
Assists in creating and disseminating information using appropriate social media and social advertising to drive business strategy for services, products, and campaigns.
Organizes and contributes to employee communications initiatives, channels, and campaigns.
Supports the implementation of interactive marketing, communications, and video projects to support marketing and business development opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
3+ years of job-related experience.
Must have skills in effective writing, editing, and content development for a wide range of channels from web to video, to social to print, is fundamental to success in this position .
Must be capable of delivering effective campaigns, whether digital marketing, advertising, and social media.
Experience in managing projects, events, and videos is highly desired
Must have an understanding of marketing and communications best practices and modern techniques.
Critical thinking skills, as well as creativity and problem-solving, are highly valued.
