Description

We are looking for a temporary File Clerk to join our team in Plymouth, Minnesota. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for scanning files and documents to transition our paper records to digital format. You will also be tasked with electronically distributing these files to the relevant departments. This role is part of a significant organizational change as we move to a new, smaller location.

Responsibilities:

• Scan a variety of files including safety contracts, legal information, and personal files

• Distribute scanned files electronically to the corresponding departments

• Prioritize files for scanning based on the department's needs and requirements

• Ensure the accuracy and quality of scanned documents

• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity

• Maintain organization and orderliness in the scanning space

• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth transition to the new office

• Follow established guidelines and procedures for electronic file management

• Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings

• Seek clarification and assistance when needed to ensure tasks are performed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements • Proficiency in executing clerical duties is a necessity for this role.

• Familiarity with OfficeScan software is required.

• Experience in document scanning is essential.

• Strong organizational capabilities are expected in order to manage files efficiently.

• Ability to conduct detailed reviews of documents and files is also required.
