Baxter Healthcare Corporation is seeking an E&L SME to join our world-class team in Plymouth. As an E&L SME, you will play a crucial role in conducting research and ensuring the flawless execution of our projects. Join us in our ambitious mission to deliver innovative healthcare solutions that positively impact lives around the globe. What you'll be doing: Conduct research studies to determine the impact of extractables and leachables (E&L) on our products Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and conduct experiments Analyze and interpret data to identify potential risks and provide recommendations Develop and validate analytical methods to assess E&L in various materials Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry trends related to E&L Create and present reports to internal team members and regulatory agencies Ensure compliance with industry standards and recommended approaches in E&L testing Continuously improve processes by finding ways to optimize them. What you will bring: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in E&L research Proven ability to successfully implement research projects from start to finish Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and instrumentation Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Baxter is committed to supporting the needs for flexibility in the workplace. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $104,000 to $130,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentive.
