Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Plymouth, Minnesota

Description

We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to be a part of our clients team in the Marketing industry. The role is based in Plymouth, Minnesota, and offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative, your primary role will be to manage customer interactions, maintain customer records, and provide efficient service to our clients. PLEASE NOTE: THIS ROLE IS ONSITE THE FIRST THREE WEEKS FOR TRAINING, THEN IT IS FULLY REMOTE!

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and live online chats, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Handle cancellation of memberships, ensuring the process is smooth and customer-friendly.

• Assist current customers in renewing their memberships, providing information on available discounts and upselling when appropriate.

• Monitor customer accounts regularly, taking necessary actions based on account status.

• Utilize tools such as Outlook, MS Teams, Zen Desk, and Dial Pad to effectively perform tasks and manage customer interactions.

• Leverage prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center, to provide exceptional service to our customers.

• Perform data entry tasks and schedule appointments as required.

Requirements

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling inbound outbound calls in a professional manner.

• Experience in a call center customer service environment.

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively.

• Accurate data entry skills and ability to handle order entry tasks.

• Proficiency in managing email correspondence professionally and promptly.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team goals and objectives.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• High attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling customer information.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
