How you will contribute:
You work closely withMEUfunctions and business units to develop roadmaps and to plan agreed outcomes. In this role, you ensure that commitments are met, and serve as the point of contact for Mondelēz MEU Digital Services, in alignment with MDS Global and the partner functions of OTC, D&A, Innovation.
You will:
Own the MEU MDS MSC Ways of working, securing the right documentation (Playbooks) and engagement across all Business, MDS and Third Party Partners
Own MSC MDS MEU Intake process, application and pipeline as a single point of contract for the multiple Global and Regional stakeholders, supporting also AC process till sign off and securing the relevant governance
Participate and/or Set up the relevant Global, Functional, BU governance meetings and Agenda for MSC MDS
Engage with Functional partner to align on priority, resource allocations and budget needs
Provide business consultancy ensuring that the right conversation, the right MDLZ MDS Products and Solutions are met, and by sharing best practices.
Serve as the point of contact for issues and challenges that arise in the processes used in the shared services team and/or with third-party suppliers.
Support internal and external continuous improvement initiatives and leadprojects delivery through to completion where required, depending on needs and capabilities.
Secure MEU MDS MSC Organization, capabilities and Process and Network are set up to support MSC Towers across MDLZ Vision Agenda

Short Description:
The candidate will define the Digital Roadmap to consistently deliver the Supply Chain strategy in collaboration with the Global and Regional business functional departments.
His System Savvy and Business Acumen will be key to define and align with key internal and external stakeholders on Operational Excellence processes, technical priorities, timing and resources.
This role is also required to learn and be capable to lead the Delivery of key Manufacturing projects in SAP and Non SAP ecosystems, securing Mondelez Project Management best practices.
Scope:
The role has Regional Scope for Europe and consists in 2 main parts: 1. Program lead and 2. Delivery lead
The scope for the Program Lead part covers the ecosystems related following Supply Chain Towers: Logistics (Transportation and Warehousing), Manufacturing (Manufacturing Execution, quality, plant maintenance, logistics, Detailed scheduling, integration) and Planning (Demand Planning, Supply Planning) The scope for the Delivery lead focuses exclusively on the Manufacturing tower for which one or more of the following SAP Modules/expertise is required to deliver excellence: Manufacturing Execution, Quality, Plant Maintenance, Plant logistics, Detailed scheduling, integration
How you will contribute:

Your profile:
10+ Years of experience in the space of Supply Chain Digital Solutions in particular with SAP Supply Chain Modules Projects in general
It is welcome a specific experience in SAP Projects that focuses on one or more of the SAP Manufacturing Modules such as Plant Maintenance, Manufacturing Executions, Warehouse Management, Quality
Project Manager, better if certified
Stakeholders and vendor management
Organizational agility
Fluent English + Any other European Language
The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland .
