You help manufacturing line leaders deliver on Mondelēz International’s safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets to ensure processes run smoothly by coaching line teams and using tools to eliminate losses, troubleshoot line problems and improve systems.

How you will contribute

You are a key ingredient in helping us change how the world snacks. You will work closely with line leaders to ensure that Mondelēz International meets our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets on our manufacturing lines to ensure processes run smoothly. Most of your time will be spent working independently on the manufacturing floor, identifying and fixing problems, improving systems, and being responsible for your equipment, but you will also be responsible for statistical processing control and will lead small-group activities to build line team capabilities to eliminate losses.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing continuous monitoring of compliance with process parameters on production line in accordance with the requirements of existing technological instructions, specifications, center lines, requirements ISO & QCDMS

  • Organizing and monitoring the using of raw/packaging materials according to the current cost rules in the SAP system, analysing weekly MUV analysis deviations, checking compliance with the established standards and conducts and controlling the output of finished production process

  • Creating mapping process for line in accordance with each type of product

  • Participating in shift and line level DMS meetings and establishing data collection on DMS equipment level, supporting with data prioritization and root cause analysis

  • Defining critical process parameters, centerlines and systems to track adherence and to analyze the variation

  • Appling IL6S tools and improving own knowledge in understanding it

  • Supporting line team with defining variation in the using of raw / packaging materials, losses, investigates root causes, plans and initiates improvements and controls their timely implementation

  • Following requirements of normative acts related to accident prevention and environmental care, labor and fire safety as well as Corporate regulations on GMP, HACCP, SS&E, FSSC 22000, QCMS, strictly adheres to Quality Policy

Requirements:

  • University degree preferably in Food Technology

  • Understanding of manufacturing operations

  • Understanding of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing processes ( IL6S, statistical methods, loss analysis)

  • Good knowledge of MS Office

  • Awareness company policies, HACCP, SS&E, FSSC 22000, QCMS

  • Good command in English

  • Experience in production of at least 1 years
