Position: IAM (SailPoint) Engineer

Location: Pleasanton, CA (Pacific Time Zone)

Must-Have Skills:

• SailPoint IdentityIQ

• Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)

• Ping Federate

Primary Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, develop, configure, test, integrate, and deploy IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.

• Handle application onboarding, provisioning, workflow customization, and access review.

• Customize quick links and reports within the SailPoint platform.

• Develop and integrate SailPoint connectors, utilizing both out-of-the-box and custom connectors.

• Utilize at least one year of experience with Java, Bean Shell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL, PowerShell, and XML.

• Develop applications using Java and J2EE components including Servlets, JSP, JDBC.

• Understand and propose IAM solutions fitting the client's business environment.

• Implement IAM projects through complete SDLC engagements, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support.

• Have knowledge of programming languages and technologies such as J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), .Net, Oracle, DB2, and MS/SQL.

• Understand and implement IAM concepts such as self-service, automated approval processes, RBAC, attestation, separation of duties, and recertification.

• Develop and integrate both out-of-the-box and custom adapters/interfaces for IAM enterprise solutions.

• Knowledge in technologies like LDAP, PKI, and SSL is advantageous.

• Experience in application integration with IAM solutions.

Role Expectations:

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in IAM technologies.

• Lead and collaborate with team members, providing technical guidance and mentorship.

• Engage with multiple teams, contributing to decision-making and providing solutions across the organization.

• Demonstrate expertise in Architectural Design, including proficiency in Architecture Frameworks, Operational Architecture, Applications Architecture, and Technology Architecture.
