Philips Clinical Quality Improvement Manager in Pleasanton, California

Clinical Quality Improvement Manager

In this role, you will play a crucial part in upholding Philips' commitment to prioritizing patient quality and safety. Your contributions in ECG Solutions Clinical Operations will be instrumental in achieving and maintaining the highest standards of quality care, ensuring the well-being of every patient we serve.

Your role:

  • Oversee the ECG Solutions Clinical Quality Improvement team's day-to-day operations. Act as a crucial point of contact for disputes arising between the business and quality scores.

  • Analyze clinical quality data and report findings to the education team and clinical operations leaders. Collaborate to determine the technician's improvement areas.

  • Develop and oversee initiatives for process optimization, including tactics to boost group output and effectiveness.

  • Coach and develop the Clinical Quality Improvement team with a focus on goal achievement, staff development, employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and identifying operational improvements while cooperating.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in a leadership role; preferably, you have worked in the medical industry and in quality improvement.

  • Your skills include strong ECG rhythm interpretation, proficient in data analysis, trend identification, and effective time management.

  • You have a high school diploma; a college degree is preferred. Additionally, an active CRAT/CCT/RN certification/license is required or must be obtained within 180 days from the date of hire.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $108,00 to $144,000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
