Your role at Clorox:

This position is responsible for co-leading the Administrative expense close and forecast processes for Supply Chain (BU & Corporate), CREWS (Real Estate & Facilities) and Executive/Corporate teams. Also assist on the close and forecast for Marketing.

In this role, you will:

Co-lead the close and forecast processes for Supply Chain (BU & Corporate), CREWS and Executive/Corporate teams:

• Assist in managing the close processes including booking journal entries to support accurate admin spending. Publish accurate actuals admin reporting & analytics to budget owners on timely basis.

• Assist in managing the forecast processes including summarizing budget owners’ inputs, answering all critical questions from budget owners. Proactively share own insights (including risks & opportunities) with budget owners.

• Maintain strong process adherence to internal controls and accounting policies to ensure no material weaknesses or outages are identified.

Supporting Development and End User Training of Anaplan and S4 Hana

• As Admin SME for Anaplan and S4 Hana, actively participate in all required workshops and other meetings during FY25, providing input on the design of the Admin related modules. Complete all Elevate training in a timely manner.

• Help to train cross-functional budget owners on Anaplan

Support engagement within Functional Planning team

• Includes promoting a culture and behaviors of inclusion, diversity, equity and allyship.

What we look for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting or equivalent experience

• Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience in Finance and/or Accounting

• Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial statements

• Excellent written & verbal, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

• Strong analytical skills

• Strong planning and organizing skills

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively communicate and influence

• Ability to take personal ownership and ensure timely resolution of issues

• Ability to develop and implement new processes. Identify improvement areas to current processes implement the appropriate process modifications

• S4 and Anaplan experience a plus

• PowerBI experience a plus

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience, and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

–Zone A: $62,500 - $111,300

–Zone B: $57,300 - $102,000

–Zone C: $52,100 - $92,700

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
