We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Teller on a temp-to-hire basis to support our clients team and provide outstanding service to our customers. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within the organization and build a career in banking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and check cashing.

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift to ensure accuracy.

• Process loan payments and issue cashier’s checks, money orders, and other financial instruments.

• Promote and explain the institution’s products and services to meet customer needs.

• Maintain compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Identify potential fraudulent activity and report suspicious transactions as needed.

• Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry, as required.

  Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); some college coursework in business or finance is a plus.

• Prior experience in a cash-handling or customer service role preferred.

• Strong math and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.

• Familiarity with banking software is a plus.
