Salary - $61,100 - $70,000 Plus a Competitive Benefit Package!
The Staff Accountant will prepare journal entries, financial reports, analyze actual financial data, use various bookkeeping systems, and support the Regional Controller. Barrett Upstone features a culture that supports growth and career development.
Provide support for the Regional Controller in all financial matters involving the business.
Perform vital research, filing, data entry, while recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, invoices, and other documents
Work with bookkeeping softwareHandle confidential information on a routine basis with honesty and integrity
A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting.
Shown academic success in Accounting with prior business experience strongly preferred. Strong math skills, proficiency with computers, particularly with Microsoft Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility
Motivation and strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible The ability to work well with people in team settings
