As a salesperson, you will be responsible for assisting customers choosing from a variety of floor coverings and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences for their flooring design Provide product recommendations based on customer requirements and budget Assist customers in selecting materials Generate accurate quotes and estimates for flooring projects Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials Maintain knowledge of current market trends and new product offerings Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire design process Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the finished product Skills: Strong retail sales or outside sales experience, preferably in the home improvement industry Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships Basic understanding of interior design principles and color schemes Fluent in English, both written and verbal Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits Job Type: Full-time Pay: Base salary and commission sale, to be discussed at interview Benefits: Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Mileage reimbursement Paid time off Profit sharing Vision insurance Schedule: Day shift Every third Saturday Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities Commission pay Performance bonus
