We offer both short-term (bonus) incentive plans and long-term (stock option) incentive plans, tuition assistance for continuing education, gym memberships, a generous 401k plan with Day 1 vesting and much more.With NTi, you aren't a number, you're a valuable team member!Reporting to the Production Manager, the Process Engineer standardizes processes supported by engineering specifications, procedures, and standard operational procedures with a strong focus on Continuous Improvement to support the industrialization and maturity of Norsk Titanium's technology.In a typical day, your expertise:Leads cross functional processes and projectsIndustrializes technology and processesDevelops and establishes systems, tools, and methodsStandardizes and documents all processes, systems, and work tasksSupports roll-out of technology, processes, and production conceptLeads and runs RCCA, FMEA and other improvement workshopsEstablishes, standardize, and documents processes while continuously improving our QMS Systems, tools and resources to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of these systemsPartners cross-functionally to implement new technologies that support additive manufacturingEstablishes practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature capabilities for the organizationLiaises with other functional groups and/or vendors to ensure timelines, budgets and objectives are metPromotes a culture or continuous improvement; plans and performs improvements to increase profitability, competitiveness, reliability, quality, safety, etc.Other duties and responsibilities as required for the successful operation of businessAdheres to and promotes applicable Policies, Procedures, Safety Rules & Regulations, as well as Security GuidelinesThis position will have access to technology and/or software source code that is subject to U.S. export controls.
