ManpowerGroup Account Director in Plattsburgh, New York

Our client in the sales industry is seeking an Account Director to join their team. As an Account Director, you will be part of the Sales Department supporting multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be committed to delivering results, and have a positive attitude that aligns with our client's culture.

Job Title: Account Director

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Pay Range: $135,000 - $155,000

What's the Job?

  • Grow your portfolio of 5-8 existing customers’ revenue on average by 20% per year.

  • Achieve customer trust scores in the top 10% based on annual surveys.

  • Grow average contribution margin of each existing customer by 2.5%.

  • Land three (3) new customers per year.

  • Secure min USD$15M/yr of new customer long-term revenue, each year.

  • Grow average contribution margin of closed deals by 7.5% versus 2024 average.

  • Collapse average sales cycle time (time from Inquiry to Closing) by half, from eight to four months through Sales process improvements.

What's Needed?

  • Lead negotiation of all new contracts.

  • Ensure contract optimization for profit realization + contract compliance to ensure quick and profitable resolution of commercial disputes.

  • Lead the organization through the steps involved in long, complex sales involving many customer and company stakeholders.

  • Able to deeply understand customer needs, communicate these to the company so that optimal solutions can be developed and then deliver these solutions to the customer.

  • Agree to established processes and contribute to their effective and consistent execution.

  • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders effectively throughout sales process to build trust with customer and achieve outcomes.
