PeopleReady of Plant City FL is now hiring Stackers! We are looking for Heavy lifters that are able to lift up to 80 to 100 pound bags of Grout and Mortar mix and stacking them on palettes. This is a very labor intensive position with a lot of standing, bending and lifting for 8 to 10 hours a day.

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $14 / Hour

What you'll be doing as a Stacker:

  • Manually or mechanically loading or unloading materials from pallets.

  • This position will work hand in hand with the operator to ensure quality product is being prepared for the customer.

  • From feeding the machine to wrapping the final product

  • you can be a proud employee of ensuring a great customer focus in the material.

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day) & Weekends

Job requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety protocols

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Adaptability to changing situations

  • Ability to work as part of a team
