Job Description As a valued colleague on our team, you will assess customer requests and collaborate with your team to determine solutions to solve business needs, use applications and BI tools to explore and understand data, and provide BI insights and solutions.

The SF Operational Risk - Business Intelligence - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

• Attend meetings to discuss and identify customer needs and strive to do what's right for our customers.

• Contribute to designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining business intelligence (BI) applications and tools.

• Draft automated business processes and mechanisms to generate meaningful reports to help us deliver on Fannie Mae's vision and purpose.

• Analyze data to drive business decision-making capabilities.

• Contribute to identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems, including developing and implementing requirements for new features and enhancements.

Qualifications THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences

• 2 years

Desired Experiences

• Bachelor degree or equivalent

• Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI

• Develop queries and visualizations for ad-hoc requests and projects, as well as ongoing reporting.

• AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification or Data Analytics Certification preferred

Skills

• Ability to analyze and solve business problems at their root, while stepping back to understand the broader context.

• Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand

• Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict

• Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal

• Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion

• Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions

Tools

• Experience using Risk Works

• Skilled in SQL

• Skilled in TOAD SQL database management tool

• Skilled in Power BI

• Experience using SharePoint

• Skilled in Tableau

• Skilled in Excel

• Experience using Fusion Risk Management

• Skilled in Microsoft Teams

• Experience using JIRA

• Skilled in Alteryx for data analytics applications
