Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Enterprise Platform Sr. Engineer will design, implement, and maintain enterprise platform infrastructure, focusing on cloud technologies, automation, and system integration. This role manages end-to-end systems integration and drives fulfillment and service enablement solutions across the DISH product portfolio, ensuring performance and reliability at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and manage scalable enterprise platforms while ensuring high availability and security.
Develop automation tools to streamline operations and troubleshoot platform infrastructure issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define platform architecture and technical integration policies (e.g., APIs, EDI).
Partner with OEMs and product teams to document requirements for new capabilities (e.g., eSIM, VoLTE, 5G) and analyze system impacts.
Develop roadmaps, PRDs, test tools, and frameworks to support device onboarding and enterprise projects.
Provide technical guidance, document best practices, and stay updated on emerging technologies.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, system design, and product development for smartphones/tablets, including feature integration, vendor management, and cloud platforms.
Skills and Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with device management platforms (IoT/ACS, OMA/GOTA, Apple, MDM).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Passion for new technologies and acting as a persistent advocate for team success.
Effective verbal and written communication across all organizational levels.
Comfortable working with computers, telephones, and portable devices.
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year
