Robert Half Finance and Accounting and Kevin Sweet have partnered with a rapidly growing detail-oriented services organization in Plano for a Senior Accountant opportunity. As Senior Accountant your responsibilities will include assisting with month-end close, consolidation and preparation of financial statements, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting.

Interested candidates must have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with 3+ years of progressive accounting and or audit experience, current or previous public accounting experience is highly preferred, CPA or working towards your CPA is also highly preferred, strong knowledge and experience with Excel and major ERP system is required.

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Great attention to detail

• 3+ years of overall general accounting experience, ideally with Big 4 experience

• Skillful in analytical, quantitative and social skills

• Must have excellent time management skills

• BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are preferred

• Skilled with major ERP system and Excel
