Job Description

An employer is looking for a Technical Analyst to sit remotely. As a part of the digital/ ecommerce team, you will primarily be working closely with engineering and QA teams in an Agile fashion to understand APIs and integrations. These systems/ applications are tied to the clients digital ordering channels, specifically, the order & pay/ call center lanes. You will gather technical requirements and translate them into technical user stories for engineers/ devops personnel. You will assist in leading Agile ceremonies and partner closely with the product owner. Additional tasks will include refining user stories, technical documentation, develop use cases, determine acceptance criteria for automation and work with technical teams to document data flow diagrams/ system integration workflows.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years experience in a technical systems/ business analyst role

Well versed with APIs, integrations and sequence diagrams/ workflows

Strong knowledge around system architecture

Experience working with back end engineering teams, writing user stories/ technical documentation

Ubuntu/ Linux experience

Strong Agile/ Scrum knowledge

Jira/ Confluence experience Software development experience

POS experience

QSR or ecommerce experience null
