Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a proactive Receptionist in the heart of Plano, Texas. In this role, you will primarily be tasked with welcoming customers, handling the mail, and operating a multi-line phone system.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and direct customers in a detail oriented manner

• Efficiently manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system

• Ensure all mail is received, sorted, and distributed on a daily basis

• Direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members swiftly and accurately

• Maintain an organized and tidy reception area. Requirements • Ability to proficiently operate a multi-line phone system, ensuring all incoming calls are answered in a timely and detail oriented manner.

• Capable of effectively directing phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.

• Responsible for managing daily mail, including receiving, sorting, and distributing correspondence to the correct recipients.
