We're seeking associates for our 2nd shift in Lab Tech roles at our optical manufacturing facility in Plano, Texas. 

2nd Shift Hours:   Sundays-Thursdays   4:00 pm - 12:30 am 

$15.50/hr entry starting base pay PLUS additional 10% shift differential pay, bi-weekly bonus opportunities & benefits!  

Our associates are responsible for performing a variety of duties, depending on their assigned department and lab needs.  Production Lab Techs help expedite job orders  throughout the manufacturing process in a timely and efficient manner in order to serve our customers.  

Current openings are in our Finish and AR (anti-reflective) departments. 

• No specific education level required.

• No specific experience required but previous related optical or manufacturing experience preferred.

• Must be able to read and write English.

Depending on the assigned station, physical job requirements may involve:  Ability to read small print.  Continuous walking, moving about, standing or sitting.  Frequent or continuous movements such as bending, squatting, twisting and reaching.  Lifting, carrying and moving objects 10-25 lbs.  Frequent repetitive use of hands and fingers, grasping and fine manipulation.
