We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist with extensive experience in procurement technology, negotiating software agreements, and conducting cost analysis. This role involves managing the sourcing process, including RFPs, and ensuring that procurement activities align with budgetary constraints. The ideal candidate will thrive in a super-fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Review, monitor, QC, and process requisitions, following up with users for approvals.
Ensure purchase orders (POs) are transmitted correctly.
Troubleshoot and resolve Coupa system issues, including handling tickets.
Assist users with questions, delegations, and reporting.
Run reports for visibility and accuracy, updating as necessary.
Export and review contracts, ensuring correctness in terms of spend, stakeholder departments, category, and savings.
Prepare quarterly procurement updates and year-end summaries.
Update Coupa implementation costs.
Conduct monthly Coupa user reviews and provide training for new users.
Manage PO change requests and record updates in SharePoint.
Monitor, track, and log status for D&B, Gartner, TPCRM, etc.
Maintain and update the Coupa change management log.
Ensure SharePoint sites and content are current, archiving outdated information and refreshing as needed.
Review supplier status annually and maintain SOPs.
Manage requests from stakeholders, such as acquiring samples for testing (e.g., Microsoft Hub, Samsung Flip).
Conduct and/or manage RFx processes, negotiating pricing to maximize savings or cost avoidance.
Establish and maintain relationships with business lines, contract managers, legal, and sales groups.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure necessary vendor documentation is complete, following existing sourcing and procurement procedures.
Manage contracts and license agreements to ensure obligations are met and renewals or replacements are tracked and scalable.
Troubleshoot and resolve process issues impacting internal stakeholders.
Support Accounting & Finance teams for Coupa-related activities (if feasible).
Assist with upcoming and ongoing projects, aligning with vendors and stakeholders regarding required activities and timing.
Manage supplier relationships, track SLAs, and manage credits.
Provide support in resolving process issues impacting internal stakeholders.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.

Excellent prioritization, planning, problem-solving, and organization skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and manage multiple deadlines.
Ability to influence without authority.
Flexibility to work successfully with a wide variety of personal styles and adapt to change.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
Work Environment
This position operates in a hybrid environment, with an initial requirement of three days onsite per week, which may reduce to once per week over time. You will overlap with another team member before she goes on maternity leave, ensuring a smooth transition.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00
