Manpower is Hiring a Operations Support Associate

Plano, Texas

Pay Range:

$20 to $23.oo per hour Depending on Experience

What’s the Job?

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently

  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues with courtesy and promptness

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Schedule field service repair calls and manage delivery schedules

  • Process credit card payments and manage returns and replacements

What’s Needed?

  • 1-2 years of Customer Service/Call Center experience

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to type 40-50 WPM

  • Strong problem-solving and data evaluation skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The candidate must have a strong understanding (experience) of developing and managing metric-oriented logistics processes and the ability to measure, analyze, improve, and control the process after the initial implementation. Furthermore, the candidate should have knowledge in root cause analysis and the ability to select appropriate metrics for a particular process.

The candidate must have previous experience handling day-to-day matters pertaining to logistics in the telecommunication industry and some knowledge of telecommunications materials and their functions. Must have previous experience working on large projects (400+ sites) and have the ability to learn techniques and acquire knowledge in a short period of time.
